What’s included in your PR services?

We offer end-to-end PR support, from shaping your brand narrative to securing media attention. This includes developing press materials such as press releases, media kits, and media invites — and distributing them to the right outlets. We handle all media coordination, including interview arrangements, follow-ups, and handling time-sensitive opportunities. Whether you're launching a campaign or building long-term visibility, we manage the entire process so you don’t have to.

What’s the onboarding process like?

We start with a discovery session to understand your brand, goals, target audience, and key messages. From there, we develop a tailored PR strategy and timeline, including your proposed brand narrative, target media, and action plan. Once aligned, we begin crafting press materials, preparing outreach, and coordinating timelines. Throughout the process, you’ll have a dedicated point of contact and clear visibility into what’s happening at each stage.

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. You’ll be assigned a dedicated PR lead who will be your main point of contact throughout the engagement. They’ll oversee your campaign, coordinate with our internal team, and keep you updated on timelines, progress, and next steps. This ensures consistency, clarity, and a seamless working relationship from start to finish.

How much lead time is required to plan and launch a campaign?

We typically recommend a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks before launch. This allows us to conduct a proper discovery session, develop your PR strategy, craft press materials, and begin media outreach with enough runway to build interest. For time-sensitive announcements or urgent opportunities, we can work on a shorter timeline depending on scope and media relevance — but advance notice always delivers better results.

Do you guarantee media coverage?

We don't — as with any form of earned media, coverage is never guaranteed. The final decision always lies with the journalist or editor. What we do offer is a strategic, newsroom-aware approach: we craft angles with strong news value, create press materials that meet media standards, and pitch your brand to the right people, at the right time, with the right story. This positions your brand for the best possible chance of meaningful, credible coverage. If you’d like to see how this translates in action, take a look at our work.

Can we choose or request specific media outlets for coverage?

Absolutely. We welcome your input and will take your preferred outlets into account when building the media list. At the same time, we’ll advise on what’s realistic based on your brand, story angle, and the current media landscape. Our goal is to align your priorities with editorial relevance, so we’re pitching to the outlets most likely to engage and respond.

What’s the difference between PR and advertising?

The key difference is control. Advertising is paid media where you control the message, placement, and timing. PR, on the other hand, is earned media — it focuses on building credibility, trust, and long-term brand perception through third-party validation, such as media features, interviews, or mentions. While advertising guarantees exposure, PR earns attention through newsworthiness and storytelling.

Both can be powerful when used correctly. If you're looking to run paid campaigns alongside your PR efforts, we also offer social media marketing services that include ads management to help you reach your audience more directly.

What’s the difference between PR and influencer marketing?

PR focuses on earned media through channels like news outlets, magazines, and other editorial platforms, using compelling storytelling and media relationships to secure coverage. Influencer marketing, on the other hand, leverages paid or gifted collaborations with content creators on social platforms to promote your brand directly to their audiences.

While PR builds credibility through third-party editorial validation, influencer marketing builds relatability and reach through personal recommendations. Both are powerful tools for brand storytelling and when used together, they amplify impact across different audiences and platforms.
