Which social media platforms do you support?

Right now, we’re all about Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and 小红书 (Little Red Book)! These are the hotspots where your brand can connect, stand out, and (hopefully) go viral in the best way possible. If you’re looking to reach a Singaporean or regional audience, these platforms offer the strongest mix of visibility, engagement, and results.

What’s the onboarding process like?

Once you're on board, we’ll start with a discovery questionnaire to learn more about your brand, goals, and audience — followed by a call to align on the finer details. From there, we’ll move into strategy, your core content framework, and visual direction. You’ll get a clear timeline, a shared content calendar, and everything you need to feel confident about what’s coming next.

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes, absolutely. You’ll have a dedicated account manager who’s your go-to for all things content, strategy, and communication. Behind the scenes, you’ll also have a team supporting your brand — from creatives to editors — but your account manager will be the one keeping things organised, answering your questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

How long does it take from onboarding to first post?

Typically, it takes about 8–10 business days from onboarding to your first post going live. This gives us enough time to develop your initial strategy, conceptualise ideas, and carry out the shoot — before producing quality content that aligns with your brand strategy.

If you’re on a tighter timeline, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.

Do you help with social media account setup and optimisation?
Yes, we do. Whether you're launching new profiles or already have existing accounts, we’ll ensure your accounts are properly set up, optimised, and fully on-brand.
 
Will you manage my ads too, or is that separate?

Yes, ads management is included in our package. We’ll take care of everything from planning and creative direction to setup, targeting, and ongoing optimisation — so your content gets the visibility it deserves.

Ad spend is billed separately and will always be pre-approved by you before any campaigns go live.

Can you shoot content at our office or store?

Yes, we do monthly shoot days, and we’re happy to schedule them at your office, store, or preferred location. Each shoot typically lasts between 6 to 8 hours and is planned in advance to make the most of your time and space.

Our standard package covers one location per shoot. We can accommodate extra locations if needed, and any additional costs will be confirmed with you in advance.

Do you help manage community engagement or replies?

We don’t manage community engagement or replies as part of our service. To keep things lean and cost-effective for our clients, we focus on what we do best — strategy and content creation.

In most cases, it’s also best practice for brands to manage their own replies. Your team knows your customer best and is best placed to address any queries, build trust, maintain authenticity, and allow for faster, more informed responses.
